DESCRIPTION:GLEAUX Car Wash Grand Opening Week!\n\nAs the former\, and beloved\, Quick and Easy Car Wash\, we want to respect the history and honor what has come before\, while pressing on towards an equally bright and exciting future! \n\nThe Grand Opening week will involve the first ever MOM OLYMPICS!!! A three round\, single elimination tournament of Mom skills. We will start with eight (8) mom's and will have one Grand Prize winner. The events are as follows:\n\n \n \n Tuesday\, September 8th\, 2020: WASH CAB @ 6313 S Broadway location\n \n Have you ever seen the "Cash Cab" game show on TV? This is our take on that game\n Two moms will sit in the back seat of our provided vehicle and the host will ask them trivia questions. Each mom will have a buzzer and whoever hits their buzzer and answers correctly will win the points for each question. \n The competition will begin at the start of our car wash process\n Competition will be held at our newly renovated Broadway Location (6313 S Broadway) and will last approximately 3 minutes... \n We will video each head to head competition for use on social media\n Each mom will receive points for their correct answers\n Later in the day we will post each trivia segment separately on social media\, and mom's will have a chance to compete for more points by getting the most likes\, shares\, and comments before the following day at 5:00 pm... \n Winners with the most points at the end of the social media period will win and advance\n \n \n Thursday\, September 10th\, 2020: DOG WASH COMPETITION @ 6313 S Broadway location\n \n Four moms will compete in a Dog Wash show\n Each mom will receive 15 minutes with a puppy that is available for adoption through the SPCA of East Texas\n Mom's will clean and "beautify" their puppy and present it to a distinguished panel of judges (still looking for one more judge\, fyi)\n Each Judge will grade the puppy and mom on a list of specific criteria\n Mom's will receive a score/points for the competition from the judges\n Later in the day we will post each trivia segment separately on social media\, and mom's will have a chance to compete for more points by getting the most likes\, shares\, and comments before the following day at 5:00 pm...\n Winners with the most points at the end of the social media period will win and advance\n This is also an opportunity for us to promote the SPCA of East Texas and their adoption opportunities\n \n \n Saturday\, September 12th\, 2020: VACUUM FINALE @ 2412 Oak Creek location\n \n Two moms will compete in a head to head vacuum duel\n Each mom will be responsible for cleaning out the cargo area of an SUV\, BLINDFOLDED\n The cargo are will be littered with trash like cheerios\, goldfish\, and loose beads as well as valuable such as kid shoes\, shirts\, blankies\, pacifiers\, etc.\n The mom who either 1) finishes first without vacuuming the valuables will win\, or 2) if time is reached\, a winner will be chosen based on how much litter is remaining (points will be added to litter count for valuables vacuumed) and the mom with the least amount of points will win. In the event of a tie\, tie-breaker will be the mom with the most points coming into the finale\n \n \n \n \n\n\nEach round will have prizes for winners. Every mom will receive a gift for competing. \n\n \n\nWe think this will be a fun event and look forward to it as our announcement that we are both 1) Open for business and 2) A TON OF FUN!!! Our motto is "GOOD. CLEAN. FUN!" for a reason! Also\, being the only locally owned and operated Express Car Wash in Tyler\, we are proud to be a part of the community and revive a local landmark!
