Embrace the Journey 5K: Walk On Rock On!

Welcome to the Embrace the Journey 5K, a celebration of mental wellness, community, and music! Join us for a day of fun and connection as we embrace our individual journeys towards well-being. This event is more than just a run; it's an opportunity to come together, take care of ourselves, and enjoy the experience. Walk On Rock On: After the 5K, we invite you to enjoy live performances by Walter Lee and PanikDevice at our after-run concert. This concert is free and open to everyone, whether you participated in the race or not. Immerse yourself in their music and connect with others who share a passion for mental wellness and community support. Delicious eats will be available from Hot Dog Dawg, Travlin' Tom's , and Sola Bread. Take a moment to explore our sponsor booths and learn more about organizations dedicated to supporting our community. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners of the 5K. The first 150 runners to cross the finish line will receive a custom Embrace the Journey 5K finisher medal. The kid's race is open to 50 participants (ages 12 and under). Every participant of the kid's race will receive a backpack full of supplies upon completion of the race, a finisher medal, and will be entered in a drawing to win a free bike sponsored by Rose City Cycling.
