The annual Leadership Dinner hosted by the United Way of Smith County honors an individual for their dedication to leadership and philanthropy in Tyler and Smith County. This year, the event will honor Rocky Gill, Owner of Express Employment Professionals, and welcome keynote speaker Julie V. Philley, MD, President of UT Tyler.
