We are seeking a special person to assume a role as Sales Associate for a brand new, five-star community in Tyler, TX. We are seeking an individual who has an extensive service background, has sales experience, is results-oriented, organized and self-motivated. We have high expectations for this position and the incentive package reflects those expectations, including an above-market salary, plus commission, incentive bonuses, full benefits, 401K and paid vacation.
Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for handling all aspects of new and pre-owned homes sales within a respective community; ensuring execution of all sales and marketing efforts in accordance with company policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans targeting prospective and existing residents.
- Maintaining strategic knowledge of markets and competition within the market and region.
- Supervising all sales messaging through print, internet, social media, review sites, signage and other means of general advertising to ensure that all communication efforts adhere to Four Leaf’s brand standards and best practices
- Closely monitoring weekly trends in traffic, occupancy, availability and leasing for all communities assigned.
- Providing exemplary response and customer service through phone, email, chat and social media to prospective residents.
- Setting and prioritizing sales appointments while having strong working knowledge of product and pricing details.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and sales records.
- Explaining lease agreements, rules, and regulations concerning the property and living areas to prospective residents.
- Providing comprehensive support for all new applicants to include application submission and processing, closing, post-closing and post-servicing needs.
- Adhering to all local, state and federal laws including all laws governing Fair Housing in compliance with local, state and national authorities regarding building code compliance.
Required Experience
- A minimum of three years hands-on experience in Property Sales, Leasing or Property Development.
- Experience building management teams or maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, handle conflicting priorities.
- Superior sales and marketing proficiencies.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Power Point.
