About Us
The Hand Up Network provides a “Hand Up” and avoids the traditional response of a “Hand Out”. We focus our efforts on developing programs to encourage, equip and empower those who want, and are willing, to change their circumstances. These people need a “Hand Up” and an opportunity to overcome a tough season of life. Hand Up Network offers a variety of initiatives that helped to focus on those in need in our community. These are Victim Services, Mentoring/Education/Training, Retail Training/ReSale Store, and Response Teams. The organization has the ability to work with a victim moments after they have been harmed, and then stay with them to stabilize the situation, move them into our Mentoring Programs, and eventually reach Restoration without every being allowed to drop through the cracks. If you do your part, Hand Up Network will be with you through the entire journey! Everyone Needs a Hand Up, Some Need It Now! Texans Helping Texans!
