LittleCreek+Co is an engineering and advisory firm specializing in owner's representation across infrastructure, residential and commercial projects, as well as land development.
Projects are shaped by three factors: People, Priorities and Place. We partner with intentional owners and industry professionals to proactively protect these factors through the full lifecycle of project development. This results in an asset that seamlessly shifts into optimized operations for the owner.
We are a woman-owned business, headquartered in East Texas with a national reach. Founded by Brooke Droptini, P.E., our standard is Value Management: proactive and upstream due diligence.
