Amy Lauffer

Amy Lauffer is the co-owner of Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Tyler. She holds a BS from Linfield University in Physical Education and MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas at Tyler. Amy has been training with Tiger Rock Martial Arts since 2005, holds a 6th Degree Black Belt and is a Certified Leader as well as the Academy Manager for the Tyler Academy. Amy is married and has 2 adult children, both of whom are 3rd Degree Black Belts. Her husband, Charles, is a 6th Degree Black Belt and a Certified Leader. Outside of Martial Arts Amy is an enthusiastic hiker, traveler and enjoys both cookie making and working with stained glass.
