Mr. John W. Boland is married 52 years to his college sweetheart, the father of two adult children. He has served as city manager for multiple Texas cities, business manager for a community college, principal for a private Christian academy, adjunct faculty for several community colleges, and president of a rescue mission. He is a retired public-school teacher and university professor. He currently is an author of multiple Christian books and a member of the executive team for the workplace network of the International Lausanne Movement. He holds multiple certificates, permits, and accreditation. He has been honored by such organizations as Kiwanis, Rotary, Jaycees, National Honor Society, and VFW. He was listed in Who’s Who among America’s High School Teachers, Who’s Who in America, and in the World. He is the 2018 recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a Disabled U.S. Air Force Veteran.
